Projector Floor Enclosure
Hardened floor enclosure that houses a short-throw projector at floor level, between hitter and screen. The case absorbs ball strikes and the angled top deflects shots toward the screen. Mandatory for short-throw floor-mounted builds. SwingShield ($299) is the community-default pick; SkyTrak Protective Floor Mount ($350–$500) is the steel-frame upgrade.
Who this is for
Honest match per persona.
Good for
- Recreational Player
If the build has a short-throw floor projector, this is non-optional. $299 SwingShield is the default pick.
- Performance Seeker
High-rep sessions multiply the chance of a shank into the projector. Steel-frame upgrade ($350–$500) for builds with a $4,000+ BenQ.
- Family Setup
Multi-user households see more variance in swing accuracy. Floor cases are visually integrated and child-resistant.
- Showroom
The premium SkyTrak steel floor mount or a Carl's Place enclosure matches the rest of the high-end build.
Not for
- Space-Constrained
Tight rooms typically mount the projector to the ceiling — see the ceiling cage line item instead.
